About Seyi Property Inspections
I help buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions with clarity, honesty, and a focus on what really matters: the true cost of owning a home.
How I Approach Inspections
I’m not here to scare you with worst-case scenarios.
I’m here to give you the facts, explain what they mean, and help you make the best decision for you and your family.
THOROUGH & DETAIL ORIENTED
I inspect every home like it’s my own.
CLEAR & HONEST COMMUNICATION
No confusing jargon. Just straightforward answers.
FOCUSED ON COST & VALUE
I highlight what could cost you now or later.
BUILT ON EXPERIENCE
Engineering background. Inspection expertise.
My Background
I have an engineering background and a passion for understanding how things work from homes to the systems that make them function. That’s why I became a home inspector.
I combine technical knowledge with real-world experience to give you insights that go beyond what’s visible on the surface.
My goal is simple: help you make confident decisions and avoid costly surprises.
WHO I HELP
HOME BUYERS
Know what you’re really buying and what it may cost to own.
HOME SELLERS
Identify issues early, price with confidence, and choose with fewer surprises.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Reliable inspections, fast reports, and a partner you can count on.

The Bigger Picture
Seyi Property Inspections is part of a larger vision.
I am an entrepreneur who believes that technical expertise, disciplined systems, and thoughtful decision making create long-term value. This business allows me to serve clients locally while building toward broader investments in infrastructure, education, and community development abroad, particularly in West Africa.
That long-term perspective influences how I operate today. It encourages patience, precision, and a commitment to doing things the right way rather than the fastest way.
Clients often appreciate knowing that they are working with someone who thinks beyond the transaction and takes pride in building something meaningful.
Stay Connected
I share different sides of how I think across a few platforms. They’re still growing, but each one reflects a different part of how I approach work, life, and decisions.
One is more personal, where I post about everyday life, experiences, and things I’m observing or learning outside of real estate.
Another focuses on inspections, where I break down how homes actually work, common issues I see, and what it really looks like to run a professional service business.
The third is centered on cash flow and money, not just managing it, but understanding what people are actually trying to build with it and how that shapes their decisions.
