Built on Education, Maintained Through Practice
My work is supported by formal training, continuing education, and real-world inspection experience across residential systems.
How Your Inspection Experience Is Built
This page reflects the ongoing education that supports how I inspect homes and explain findings. Not every course applies to every inspection, but together they form the foundation of how I assess risk, building performance, and long-term ownership considerations.
I am a member of InterNACHI, the world’s largest home inspector association. My training includes structured coursework, testing, and ongoing education covering building systems, moisture behavior, structural components, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety considerations.
The certifications shown below are completed coursework that directly informs how I inspect and communicate findings.
Certifications acquired through home inspector training from InterNACHI®
Advanced & Specialized Training
CCPIA Training
I have completed training through the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), which emphasizes systems thinking, risk prioritization, and objective reporting.
Future Commercial & Advanced Programs
As my practice expands, this page will continue to reflect additional formal training in residential and commercial inspection disciplines.
Why This Matters to You
1. Inspections guided by understanding, not checklists
2. Clear explanations that prioritize what matters most
3. Context around findings, not just defect identification
4. A focus on long-term ownership, not short-term panic
Credentials support how I inspect.
