Pricing mainly depends on the size of the home, number of levels, and extra spaces such as garages, ADUs, or finished basements. Most inspections start around $425–$525 and increase with property size and complexity.

A full home inspection includes a visual evaluation of the roof, structure, foundation, electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC, interior rooms and safety components, exterior and drainage, plus an attic and insulation review when accessible. You receive a written report with photos and clear explanations.
